Seems to be heavy on backlog. Pay and benefits are initially fair. Regional.
Cons
You can deliver quality for 90 hours a week or fake like your kid is sick, promotions are based on your friendships/alliances. Sad to see leaders not hold their word/commitments. They seem to be far to busy stabbing each other in the back than to support their teams.
