Pros
Excellent Culture, co-workers are truly experts in their fields & always willing to help in anyway they can… Everyone’s ideas are taken seriously from the CEO to the custodial team. Plus, we work hybrid (in office, Mon, Tues & Thur), and they provide great lunches on our days working in the office…
Cons
Can sometimes get differences in words vs. actions from leadership but, extremely rarely (I honestly believe it’s not on purpose but, more of an overload of work and simple oversights)
