Its a great company to work for. They really give you great opportunities to move up and grow. The training is thorough, and prepares you not only for the job, but for jobs down the road. The reputation of the firm is well respected. The positions are competitive. People are smart and respectful. Everyone works with a team approach. There is no overbearing hierarchy with management. Open discussion of issues are encouraged. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. The management works hard so you are naturally motivated to work hard as well. Generally, I am very happy here at JP Morgan.

Long hours. Long hours. Long hours. No vacation time. No vacation time. No vacation time. The work could be grueling and mind numbing. You sit and stare at a computer screen for 12-14 hours a day.
