      -Tight knit group of people...you definitely feel like family. Every treats each other with respect. It's quite refreshing. -Solid benefits and pay structure -Management actually cares about you -Overall great company to work for

      -A bit of disconnect between the sites and management, but that is to be expected in the federal contracting world
