I could not have asked for a better company to work for. These people are extremely understanding and really value their employees.

Pros

-With respect to most fields/disciplines JSD is solid, but structural engineers should stay away -College grads in general beware, company has a history of over hiring and laying people off when they can't land enough projects

Cons

-No HR on staff should have been a red flag -Structural engineering approaches are out of current practice and this is not a place where you are encouraged to speak up until you have a few years under your belt
