      Paid on time that's about it .

      Cons

      This was a crap show from the word go. From the job having little to no training . Day one is supposed to train you and it's a heavy drive to push you thru to get certified to do things on site. The team of techs I was assigned to was rude and difficult to work with . Sense of light bullying on site . Not well lead and difficult to navigate your way along . Would not recommend .

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Almost daily knee-jerk reactions. Coworkers always seem miserable. No where to discuss issues - company is operated mostly by family members.
