No pros that i can remember.!

Cons

Nobody works in this company. No marketing nothing. Get a job and they will run pay roll and you pay 20% because they will run your pay roll.

There are absolutely no pros to mention.

Cons

The CEO Ravinder Thota is a crook. If you approach him to discuss issues, he will start yelling at you. The firm has been involved in tax evasion and misusing H1 visas hence they have a very bad reputation with USCIS. The CEO even tried floating another company SPMN (or something like that) in his wife's name as a workaround but even that hasnt helped. This company has no direct client and completely rely on other staffing companies so even you get on a project each middle man will take their cut and you will only get a small portion of the billing rate.
