Great atmosphere. Good work-life balance. Supervisors and directors are supportive and helpful. You can learn a lot about child therapy here!

Cons

Salary is so-so. Room for advancement limited.

Poor salaries and raises - less than inflation Pressure to meet productivity/billable hours requirements, at expense of your 2% raise (for meeting goals) and possible job loss Little opportunity for in-house advancement Expensive employee contribution towards health insurance, especially for families
