Competitive pay. Interesting business model.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations set by scaling team. Too many aircraft being added to the fleet too quickly without support for staff (MX, PARTS, OSC) ~I cannot speak for the flight crew.

If you’re an introvert but want to be an FA without getting paid like a regional, its place is perfect for you. Good pay. Good health benefits. I usually shy away from corporations who say things like “we’re one big family” because it’s usually completely untrue. But at JSX it really is.
Cons
My only gripe was the lack of international travel as it was a new company. If at any point they start getting consistent international routes I will be reapplying.

You get Discount on other airlines.

They keep you at 14 day minimum guarantee. It’s nice they guarantee 14 days but most months they only give everyone that many and you can’t drop bellow 14 days. Everyone wants to work and pick up days but no one can. They pay Daily $165 and have been working us 11-12 hour days. That’s $15 an hour all the big airlines pay more than that. You do get $100 extra at 12 hours but they try to keep you just under 12 hours. Corporate is so disconnected from the day to day operations they think things work a completely different way then they do. They are quick to give warning for being sick, and fire quickly. Super high turnover rate here and they can not keep good help. No one makes enough in day to Day operations (flight and ground crew) to enjoy their benefits. All management is under qualified for their positions and have no idea what they are doing. The company culture is toxic and is about who you know.

Cons
The schedule is not suitable for the commuter. Pay increases should have been given to all JSX employees due to cost of living increases. Long delays

Where to start…they never promote within, most employees have more than enough knowledge and skill set to be promoted. Especially, the one who wrote the entire Safety SOP. Such a cheap company to work for. A Concierge doesn’t load planes, the titles they’ve created are misleading, the pay is horrible, the directors and higher ups are killing Alex’s vision. But, oh well. At least you can Hop On without a boarding pass or checked into the flight! Hello, FAA…
