Business Outlook
Pros
Great work environment. Fellow employees are fun to work with and hang out with outside of work. Work itself is entertaining as you generally stick with product through its lifecycle. However, I can see how after a few years this would get monotonous and wouldn't be challenging anymore. JT4 is a good company and they will take good care of you. Management recognizes the effort of individuals and values them.
Cons
No windows in the office. Far commute to work. Company does not have sick days. You have to buy extra leave for these days or use PTO.
