Great starting place to work. But they expect you to stay even with no regular salary increases.

Pros

Overall it used to be a good working environment. Since they have hired inexperienced staff and started them off at hirer salaries without compensating their current employees fairly, I no longer believe it's still good.

Cons

They do not compensate their employees fairly. Management is encouraged to frequently hire "green" (at the lowest salary rate offering possible) with a highly demanding schedule that does not compensate enough for what they have to do.
