Pros

Good benefits, but not a good work environment. Management only concerns are themselves. No family atmosphere. Good pay but not worth it.

Cons

No communication whatsoever. Unfair and unlawful treatment of employees. Upper management is above everyone else and treat and show employees that. They don't care. Since Plant 2 opened I have no job security with all the cutbacks.

The company produces high quality steering systems and bearings. Managers and management is friendly and supportive.

Cons

The company merged the auto8motive and industrial groups in 2018 this has become a nightmare for industrial customers. Expect JTEKT to lose their industrial customers due to poor support
