There was nothing good about this organisation other than the transportation vehicle.

No learning experience, extremely poor middle level management and ill treatment by the senior employees, absolute micromanagement.

Koyo has a friendly staff and follows a strict safety program. The company has a friendly team manager and provides events to help make the employees more of a team.
