Management isn't interested in the employee growth

Pros

Stable work, descent benefits, good working conditions.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to recognize employee potential. Would rather hire from outside with a degree but little experience rather that allowing experienced employees move up the company. Begging for more challenge is simply wrong. Buddy system is clearly visible here!
