Employees are given many benefits as long as employee is not ICT

Japanese loves to work overtime because salary for overtime is good, because of that they force us also to work overtime!

New business development in India so good learning but higher management does not want to get new business at all.

Cons

Have a long list Worst work culture No support from seniors Even communication with own customers is very bad and may lead to more business loss. Doesn't trust their own employee.
