This school used to be a great place to work. I have worked here for 20 years. In the last 5 years, we have experienced a steady decline in faculty and staff moral. Walking into this building is depressing many days. There is no bar; the students are not held accountable for attendance, for going to class when they are in attendance, or the proper discipline. The level of disrespect that teachers experience is beyond comprehendible. It saddens me. This used to be a GREAT place to work. I was so happy and now I'm miserable. I never thought I would be considering leaving this school.
