The core values; *We empower one another *We face challenges with optimism *We are in the people business *Leadership knows no title *Fast is better than slow *We refrain from entitlement *We do what we say we will do *One great things = three good things Jjumpp is invested in it's employees and the leadership pushes you to excel and grow. The culture is amazing has been created with a great amount of effort.

Cons

If you don't fit the culture you won't last long unless you are willing to change.

This is literally the best place I have worked! Everyone genuinely cares about one another and the executives treat you with respect! I wish more places out there were like JJUMPP! :)

Its nice to get $14/hr just for hanging out and answering phones.

Cons

Nothing but a bunch of lies constantly. Money is the only thing cared about. CEO states that their "quick to fire" mindset is a strength. You hear a lot from former AND current employees that the software doesn't even work.
