Not a con to me... but if you can't handle Start-up Scrappy might not be the place for you.

Great energy. Scrappy, smart, happy people. A solid work-play balance. And an awesome product that nails the needs of the small business owner.

Cons

As with most start-ups, there is a lot of chaos and change. For the right people, this is invigorating and exciting. For someone looking for predictability and a slower pace, do not apply.

Pros

Management that is confident in the direction of the company. It is fun to work somewhere I can see change and progression. I joined JJUMPP for the opportunity of growth, which I have seen in my career since I started and in the company as a whole. JJUMPP as a company truly wants to serve its customers and become a force of good for small business owners.

Cons

Lots of turnaround in employees. Hard to find people that are committed and willing to sacrifice for the startup lifestyle as benefits and progress are not always immediately apparent.
