Great place to be

Pros

The company truly lives by the values it sets forth. They do truly hire-and fire by the company values. The team also works to empower employees to be as successful as possible, and will do everything they can to make sure that a hardworking employee is in the best role for their growth. They feed us once a week and Roxberry comes every other week. Health insurance greatly improved recently. Flexible/unlimited PTO is nice. Upper management is very approachable across all teams and they invite ideas and input from anyone.

Cons

Startups naturally have a lot of growing pains. As the company has grown, it seems that some of the older management may not be the best fit for the growing teams, but most are great.

Pros

Jump is really a great place to work at (even remotely). There's so much great things to say about everyone. Even in the short time I've been here, I see the growth from not just the company but individuals. Everyone is super open to feedback, change and very versatile. The managers and people team do a great job cherry picking the best. If there's anywhere I've worked for that evidently shows that the company is who the people are, it's Jump. I'm feel proud and blessed to be a Jumper. It's exciting to see where the company is heading and astounded by how encouraging and approachable higher management is. The benefits and incentives for all departments is also really great and has improved drastically from when I stepped in 6 months ago.

Cons

If you're stepping into the Sales position as a setter or closer, be sure to have proven experience, otherwise you're on a very short leash to prove your worth. Advancement may be a little slow because it's a rather small company with less than 100 employees.
