The core values; *We empower one another *We face challenges with optimism *We are in the people business *Leadership knows no title *Fast is better than slow *We refrain from entitlement *We do what we say we will do *One great things = three good things Jjumpp is invested in it's employees and the leadership pushes you to excel and grow. The culture is amazing has been created with a great amount of effort.

Cons

If you don't fit the culture you won't last long unless you are willing to change.

Terrible company They have no idea how to run a business. They talk about how honesty is one of their core values but they are all a bunch of liars. Do not trust anything they say.

The schedule is very nice. Free food every Friday and everyone is nice for the most part. It's easy to find reasons to work here.

Cons

You try to sell directly to out of touch business owners. You are also required to preform within the first three weeks or else you will be axed.
