Pros

Excellent culture with empowering core values. No micromanagement. Treat their employees like gold. "When the customer wins; WE WIN" mission statement is the focal point in everything done. Departments are tight knit, yet work great with other departments. Everyone is kind to each other! Work feels like family. Days go by fast.

Cons

No one gets handouts. Everything is earned, so if you're looking to be a bottom-feeding-entitled-check-collector, I recommend moving along. It won't be a good fit.

I never planned on working in sales. Actually, I planned not too. But, I have never been happier at a job. And, I could not ask for a better team to help me polish my sales skills.

Cons

We don't get to play spike-ball or ping-pong all day... Only most of the day.
