JW Logistics is a family company and everyone that works there is treated like one of the family. JW Logistics takes care of their employees and they are interested in the success of each employee.

Cons

Can be extremely fast paced and busy.

Good work environment.; Got to learn a lot about the transportation industry (my major was logistics); I was able to work side-by-side with top companies.

Cons

Overnight work; Pressure during "peak" times; Not being able to help out due to not having CDL; Some vendors intentionally made the work difficult
