The high salary offer makes you feel good.

Cons

High salary is depleted by terrible benefits. Also the high salary make you feel trapped, scared to leave the job, and scared to say anything negative to your boss, who cares nothing about you anyway. We have on major contract, and several minor contracts. If we lose much, or all of the major contract the company will struggle mightily. No work/life balance. They prefer single employees who will devote all of their time to the company.
