Have good facilities such as basketball court, pickle ball court, gym room, etc. Canteen improve a lot have variety of food.

Cons

1. Depends on who the boss you follow. Some boss is really a leader which could guide you well. Some could makes you mentally exhausted 2. Unfair for individual engineer that need to take up more workcell responsible. 1 person to cover 3 person job. Need to support production even during off

I've had great coworkers and have made a lot of friends here. My manager was very supportive and gave us a lot of WFH flexibility.

Cons

There are unrealistic deadlines because management wants to satisfy the customer and doesn't fully understand the work. Engineers are blamed when things go wrong and end up working a lot of overtime. It can be very fast paced, and you are thrown into projects without real preparation.
