Rushing towards some deadline as soon as hired. Little to no instruction until you've already wasted time. Non helpful examples of other's work. Not realistic on pay, as the pay is per video not actually per hour. Slides are very minimal, but their script seems heavy. Lot of work on your end if you don't already eat, sleep, and breathe the material.

Extreme micro management- you can’t have a single meeting or send an email without it being recorded/monitored. There’s no privacy. Also, when teaching students, you HAVE to use the Jack Westin strategies which are BS, poorly explained, and barely work anyway. I had so many students complain that the strategies weren’t working for them, but the second I suggested something else that might be a better fit I got in huge trouble. I’ve been tutoring for over 5 years but no, the management team at JW (most of which aren’t even med students or physicians) always knows better…
