Pros
I have worked for a few MCAT tutoring companies, and I would say that Jack Westin is the most well supported I have felt as a tutor. Well compensated and always plenty of work to do.
Cons
They do encourage their strategies first, which are not always best for the student. After it fails, then you can pursue an individualized strategy with the student.

Pros
Remote work, flexible PTO, great comp plan, reasonable work hours, hardly any cold calling, qualified leads. Management actually listens to sales reps/sales team and makes moves to increase leads, revenue. Monthly sales bonuses and opportunities.
Cons
Still shows sign of a start up, frequent structure/procedural changes, some inconsistency in work flow.
