Pros

Hours are flexible, and training is paid.

Cons

- My experience with this company has been utterly disappointing. - Promises of advancement and growth were empty from the start. - Hard work and consistent performance are ignored, while opportunities never materialize. - Outperforming coworkers brings no recognition or reward. - Management fails to deliver on any commitments, leaving effort and dedication wasted.

Pros

Excellent behavioral therapists and helping children.

Cons

Disconnect from employees, listens to “friends” who talk about everybody including the owner and not the actual employee, Sabotaging if you weren’t liked, HR was a joke, wasn’t even from California wasn’t up to date with California laws. The entire company was family ran so even when personal issues arises, you really had nobody to talk to. Work place harassment as well as fabricated paper trials to shove you out.
