Decent salary except when they reduced our pay when Covid started for no reason other than to screw over employees.

Cons

Busy workload, too many bosses. Good luck getting everything done in 40 hours a week. You’ll be busy non-stop but have your billing hours slashed in half. No holiday bonuses.

Some talented attorneys and staff who genuinely care about their work. Opportunities to gain experience quickly due to high turnover.

Cons

-Horrible management; the managing partner is stuck in the past; -Extremely low morale across the office. -Very high turnover—people don’t stay long - 10 associates, 1 paralegal and 1 assistant in 25 months! -Rigid “face-time” requirement: attorneys must be at their desks from 8 AM to 6 PM, no matter what. -Collaboration and social interaction are discouraged—management flat out says, “you are here to work, not socialize.” -They exploit their wheelhouse of labor and employment lawyers to tilt situations in their favor. -No real focus on employee well-being or retention. -They tell you what you want to hear on your interview just to get a warm body to fill a seat.
