Excellent lawyers with niche expertise in all areas of employment law. Incredible culture with many attorneys and staff working at JL 20+ years. If you’re willing to work hard, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone! If you’re looking for a labor and employment firm, it doesn’t get better.

Cons

There are 60+ offices so you need to be intentional about getting to know the firm on a national level and networking beyond your single office. But that’s also an opportunity!
