Scheduling could be more organized

school is steadily improving from having been underfunded by the state for decades; some older faculty/employees in the administration and the various colleges and schools on campus are not sufficiently skilled and qualified for the levels of responsibility they are entrusted with. However, they are tenured, or otherwise long term employees with strong community ties, and the President is unable to make the kind of significant, systemic changes that need to be made to make the University operate at a higher level. Hopefully, over the next few years, there will be more retirements that will make room for younger, more dynamic and better qualified personnel.
