Beautiful campus; nice facilities & grounds

Cons

JU administration has been notified multiple times of a hostile work environment over many years and has continued to turn a blind eye & allow the bullying administrators to continue. This impacts faculty and student experience. JU has a real culture problem that needs to be addressed immediately before more faculty and/or students are harmed (google JU New York post for specific data on how bad the culture is). Salaries are low and faculty age treated as expendable resources.
