      Contract Administrator on Project Assignment at Site

      Pros

      Even though the first project hey hired me for was cancelled, they worked hard to find another for me that worked out great. After the project was complete, found another project or permanent assignment in Canada. I found something better though Seem to care about people. Good practices. Get steady growth by not taking on risky ventures.

      Cons

      Lack of training at the site. Job volatility if you're project based, but they paid well. Fragmented control of the project.

      Encouraged to learn things independently. Encouraged to train in different departments. Encouraged to help others.

      Cons

      Management does not deal with employees that spread rumors or cause problems with other people.
