Company lacks integrity in actions. Resorts to rash decisions based on subjective behaviors. Has no care for their employees despite constantly trying to claim they do. Senior management are pretty dumb. Your coworkers can fall asleep at their desk for long periods of time and yet there is no disciplinary actions, however, other minor infractions they claim fraud and non productivity despite all work being done. Place is just a shame and while this may be locational, it shows the types that this place hires.

Poor organizational structure and business processes that cause business units to clash. Absolutely terrible documentation with issues that include, many duplicate documents (no versioning), an anarchic SharePoint where the admins have little power to enforce standards, clunky tools that are completely separated from each other making all inputs atomized and mandating repeat effort. Document storage is so disorganized that the most common way to find something is to use an open string search where again, many varying duplicates will appear. The Help Desk interface is clunky and so much work outside of it is necessary to resolve issues that it defeats the purpose of having a system whose stated purpose is problem resolution.
