Pros

Jacobs offered me a DoD clearance upgrade during my initial interview. I was on an overseas contract at the time, preparing to return stateside. I hadn't seen my children in seven (7) months. They allowed me immediate PTO before requiring me to report in so I could spend time with family.

Cons

After accepting a position in Germany, my contract was defunded by the US Army. I was left on my own to find another contract or be forced to return stateside.

Pros

The company has a lot of opportunities, and is flexible with going to new roles. The group at this particular location offers a wide range of expertise. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

The schriever location is in the middle of nowhere, so you are forced to either each really expensive cafeteria food or bring a lunch. It's DoD, so the rules and structure can be a little different from what some people are use to.
