Jacobs Design reviews

Local office does not reflect the promised standards and culture of Jacobs. Complete lack of mentorship and learning opportunities perpetuating the gap between senior and lower level team members. The siloed nature of project assignments does not create a team atmosphere. Leadership is disengaged. Do not clearly communicate expectations or processes. Processes are too impersonal, leaves employees feeling like a 'number'. Disrespect between team members is common with no action taken. Professional development and the 'big picture' is not prioritized, focus heavily on day-to-day.
