Pros

Very good for work life balance, treated by management as equals. Ideal place to work.

Cons

Mostly remote, this is a positive in my case but may not be for others.

Pros

Hybrid Work is really nice. If you work with a specific office your manager can decide to make you come into the office whenever they want. Pay is good for intern engineer

Cons

Communication between managers and workers is lacking. Everyone I worked with works over 40 hours a week. Most work 60 hours a week and it's not told for you to, but most people do.
