      The benefits are very good. The communication while working on projects is top tier.

      The pay can feel low sometimes in comparison of workload and living in a larger city.

      Pros

      Motivated employees are rewarded with stability. More likely to be assigned to work on long term projects and remain on these projects for as long as possible.

      Cons

      Long term projects get increasingly over-burdening as the project approaches completion. Staff is usually a fraction of what it once was at this point yet the work load remains almost the same.
