friendly and inclusive environment with promoting culture of care as the global policy.

Cons

lack of support and understanding from management, lack of appreciation for the good work and minimum salary increase, 5years graduate program with very very high expectation without proper support and guidance. The managers only care about their personal goals and promotions. lacks of compensation for remote site works, no allowance and extra hours work paid.
