Pros
Lots of technically sound engineers + they gives good attention to details with design work + good cafeteria + awesome in house gym+ performance review of employee is done regularly + salary increases yearly
Cons
almost no stuff training budget, new engineer needs to rely completely on one to one and in the job learnings. though everyone is very nice in the office but it would be better if management would spend some money to formally train employee. does lay off if there is no project for the employee.
