      Decent 401K match and lots of locations

      Cons

      Too many management layers. Decisions take forever. Very top down control, no real creativity. Very few chances for advancement unless one of the groups.

      Pros

      For a large company, does an amazing job of cross-communication. Focus on organic growth branching out from current strengths. Tries harder than any company I have ever worked for to keep work in-house and everyone working.

      Cons

      Billability is a thing, inescapable part of the business, but always a con. Business development efforts are required for senior employees on top of their 40 billable hours. Weekends, holidays even Christmas can get eaten.
