decent salary, big company in terms of culture and corporate presence

Cons

no performance based bonus. standard raises and standard duration for promotions, hence no motivation for employees to go extra mile

Company attempts to provide assignments even when there are few around.

Cons

Management communication is poor. Company goes out of there way to preserve long term employees even though their qualifications may be low grade. It is a very clickish culture. If there are no contracts they are very quick to terminate employees.
