      They are very accommodating and really care about their employees. The work is fast paced and employees get the chance to learn a lot of new and exciting things all the time.

      Cons

      The environment is fast paced and quite stressful. It can create and environment that is unhealthy in the long term.

      Jacobs pays well compared to other engineering service companies.

      Cons

      Jacobs expects you to already know how to do everything before you get there. Little hands on training. They are also NOT a good company for someone starting a career - they are more focused towards people who are already established.
