immediate leadership is very customer and employee focused. They believe in the customers mission and respect their employees abilities to support it.

Cons

some times there is a bit of a gap to the more senior leadership where tasks are handed down without much connection to an overarching goal which makes the tasks seem arbitrary.

My job is in supporting USSOCOM. A great match for those that want a challenge and support the military, and especially want to be a part of the Special Forces mission. The work is challenging yet the work schedule is good with a nice work/life balance.

Cons

Most folks must work on site with limited opportunity to telework.
