      Unlimited PTO is ok, but if you are too busy to tke it, you can't.

      Cons

      This companies upper management is totally self absorbed. THey give themselves bonuses, yet the working professionals do not. They constantly tout they've values, but NEVER follow them themselves. Hypocrites.
