      The contractor money is nice.

      I honestly think it varies from location to location. Specifically at the Dugway Proving Ground, Utah location, the management here is toxic. They are very cliquey and will do whatever they can to look out for their friends, even if their friends are the trouble makers. While I was deployed, they wrote my job out of the contract. They did this in March, and intentionally did not tell me about it until I returned home and was about to return to work. I have no intentions in working for such a crooked company ever again.

      * Paycheck * Office Facilities * Orlando Location * Microstation if you like old software * they only have two clients so all the work is basically the same and repetitive in nature so if that's what you like this is the place for you but you will learn very little.

      Cons

      * Gossiping coworkers * Pranks of bad taste Do not use your personal email at work or use your email password to log in into your computer or allow the email to be linked to your phone you will lose all privacy and the company does not mention any of these practices where they spy on your personal life in their code of conduct or in their guidelines. I basically had coworkers know all about my personal life and humilliate me about my browser history search and comment on my personal life at work. They also took the liberty to notify my partner at the time of my activities and she broke up with me because of it. People here are terrible gossipers and play politics to keep themselves in their positions or to force people out of their positions. one of the worse places I had the chance to work for profesionally. I had my manager contact my previous manager and basically gossip about me and constantly taunted me if I wanted to return to previous place of employment.

      Benefits, including medical, paid time off are average and financial incentives are below average. Engineering firm that doesn't really know what architecture is.
