      Jacobs principles of 1. People Are Our Greatest Asset 2. We Are Relationship Based 3. Growth is An Imperative The first principle only applies when they get the other two right. If the particular office you work in has no backlog then you are going to be out of work really soon.

      Good people to work with. At lease my immediate team was. Mostly all the senior management have an open door policy. Opportunity to grow and transfer between departments.

      Cons

      Very cut-throat when it comes to bottom line. They dont really care for employees...its just a lip service when they say "People are our greatest asset"
