      Horrible HR- they do not know benefits and how to best aid employees No training coordinators - you’ll be expected to learn everything on your own. No training provided, chaos.

      Good colleagues, benefits and culture.

      Cons

      Reporting structure - two managers (site lead/PM and WFH manager). Site Lead/PM always reviews and approves any decision. Site Lead (Especially HB) does not support or stand for the team member, and takes all the credit and hardly any communication. Always treats you as a personal labor and no respect. This Lead always cares and secures himself, and can throw you under the bus at any time. Too much ego with this person, and no filter and can insult anywhere and in front of anyone. One rotten orange is enough to ruin the morale, spirit and confidence of the team, and here the lead is that rotten orange.
