Great Divisional Office/ Poor Communication
Pros
Awesome onboarding manager! When I arrived from Cleveland, Ohio she had facilitated getting a work truck, company laptop, and phone against all odds of the employment timeline. Everything was very rapid, but she still took time to help me set up all the company software and explain project management time entry and field reports with proper folder allocation on the respective drives.
Cons
The liason of communication onsite was the most angry and ambiguous personality I have ever met. Imagine showing up to work on the first day, only to be told that you need to wait outside while this person "talks" with your client before you introduce yourself... Like a good ole boy office. If you are a new employee at this location and you are not spreading rumors and gossip about others, then you will fail at this job. Never seen anything like it. Note: This person was the person who filled in for the position I was hired for. So I expected more professionalism.
