Pros

Okay benefits. Global opportunity. Good managers made the workplace tolerable, but unfortunately many have been released during the massive layoffs since mid-2017.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Too much emphasis on spreadsheets and not enough on people. Onboarding is non-existent. Software is consistently rolled out with no training. Company focus on acquisitions, but poor execution on integration.

Pros

I gained lots of experience... that also means I was assigned to all the difficult jobs nobody else wanted. They were fair with raises.

Cons

After 5 years of traveling to make the company look good (and doing a bang-on job with client commendations), I was worth 3 days on overhead.

Pros

Schedule 6-230, coworkers were awesome, direct supervisor was a great person and cared about his employees, pay was good. There are not many pros for this company.

Cons

Highest insurance around, high deductibles, a NO ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, I think it says a lot about who a company is when an employee of 11 years asks for a transfer for 6 months and after applying to multiple vacancies, still no advancement. No tuition reimbursement to help advance careers.
