      Not many at all. Most everyone complained about them.

      Cons

      No raises or bonuses even though they were promised. No true boss to go to regarding a raise. Everyone would just direct you to someone else. Would just work you hard and exploit you until people left. No real ladder to climb.

      Great leadership. At a big company and on a big contract you can always find bad managers, but there are plenty of good ones and enough mobility to successfully maneuver to preferable positions.

      Cons

      All of the usual stuff that comes with DoD contracting.
